📞 Why didn’t I receive a Scoop Call?

  1. Please ensure the recipient’s device has all necessary permissions enabled, including:

    • Allow notifications

    • Allow Lock Screen notifications

    • Allow Showing on Lock Screen

    • Allow Displaying Pop-up Windows

    • Allow Displaying Pop-up Windows While Running in the Background

    • Allow Floating Notifications

    • Allow Calls

    • Allow Foreground Service Notifications

    • Disable "Do Not Disturb" Mode

  1. For Android users, make sure Google Play Services are properly installed and the Google Play Store is accessible.

  2. Also, ensure the Scoop app is open or running in the background. We recommend locking the app in the background to prevent the system from force-closing it due to inactivity.

𝕏 How to switch X account?

  1. Visit https://x.com/ with your browser.

  2. Tap the avatar in the top-left corner, then select "Log Out".

  1. Close the current pop-up, and click "Sign in with X" again to enter a new account.
